What does a domestic worker do?
As a domestic worker, you help people clean their homes while creating a pleasant atmosphere. Our clients need your help carrying out household tasks that they can no longer do themselves. Therefore, you assist them with cleaning, dishwashing, vacuuming, dusting, etc. Because of this, they trust and rely on you.
As a domestic worker, you play a significant role in the lives of our clients. You build a connection, listen, provide genuine attention, and can make things enjoyable by engaging in conversation. You have a monitoring role where you notice changes in the client’s well-being and report them to your supervisor. Moreover, you understand the wishes and needs of your clients like no other.

Since you will be visiting clients at their homes, you preferably live in the Haarlem, Bloemendaal, Heemstede or Zandvoort area. Experience in home care is a plus, but it is not a strict requirement. After all, becoming a domestic worker is not determined by a diploma or work experience, but by the right attitude and passion for the job.
Furthermore, you meet the following criteria:
- You like working with the elderly;
- You have practical knowledge of hygiene;
- You interact well with others and establish connections easily;
- You have an independent work attitude.

- A salary €13,09 – €16,07 per hour tailored to your experience, in line with CAO VVT ( Collective Labor Agreement for Healthcare and Well-Being);
- Availability for 6 to 24 hours per week;
- Flexible working hours;
